TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL SERVICES

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our travel planning services. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By booking travel services through Rick Oelkers / Ramblin With Rick Services LLC you (“Client”) agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rick Oelkers / Ramblin With Rick Services LLC an independent travel agent affiliated with Cornerstone Collective.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
Rick Oelkers / Ramblin With Rick Services LLC provides travel planning and booking services, including but not limited to:
- Airline ticket reservations
- Hotel and resort accommodations
- Cruise bookings
- Car rental arrangements
- Tour and excursion bookings
- Travel package coordination
- Destination wedding and honeymoon planning
- Group travel coordination
We act as an agent on your behalf with third-party travel suppliers. We are not the final provider of the travel services booked.
3. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
3.1 Deposits and Final Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due no later than the date specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to make final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any deposits paid. Bookings within ninety (90) days of travel must be paid in full.
3.2 Payment Methods: Payments will be made directly to the provider of services.. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified in writing.
3.3 Pricing: All prices quoted are subject to availability and may change without notice until confirmed and paid in full. Price increases after full payment will not affect your reservation unless specified by the supplier’s terms.
3.4 Service Fees: Rick Oelkers / Ramblin With Rick Services LLC ay charge service and/or planning fees for time and expertise invested in your travel arrangements. These fees are non-refundable regardless of whether travel takes place. Fees will be disclosed in writing prior to booking.
4. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
4.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary by supplier and booking type. Clients acknowledge that cancellation may result in penalties ranging from loss of deposit to 100% of total trip cost. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your travel documents and the supplier’s terms at time of booking.
4.2 Supplier-Initiated Changes: Suppliers may occasionally alter or cancel itineraries, accommodations, or services. Rick Oelkers / Ramblin With Rick Services LLC will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes but is not responsible for changes made by suppliers.
4.3 Change Fees: Changes to confirmed bookings may incur fees from both the supplier and Rick Oelkers / Ramblin With Rick Services LLC. Changes are subject to availability and supplier approval.
5. TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation. Rick Oelkers / Ramblin With Rick Services LLC is not responsible for any losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
If you decline travel insurance, you may be asked to sign a Travel Insurance Declination form acknowledging your decision and the associated risks.
6. PASSPORTS, VISAS, AND DOCUMENTATION
It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to ensure they hold valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any health documentation required by destination countries. Rick Oelkers / Ramblin With Rick Services LLC will provide general guidance but is not responsible for denied boarding or entry resulting from improper or expired documentation.
Passport Requirements: Most international destinations require a passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return travel date.
7. HEALTH AND MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS
Clients are responsible for consulting their physician regarding any health-related travel requirements, including recommended or required vaccinations. Some destinations may have specific health entry requirements. [AGENT NAME / BUSINESS NAME] is not responsible for health-related issues arising during travel.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Rick Oelkers / Ramblin With Rick Services LLC acts as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers. We are not liable for:
- Acts, errors, omissions, representations, or negligence of any travel suppliers
- Personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from travel services
- Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or government actions
- Delays, changes, cancellations, or overbooking by airlines, hotels, cruise lines, or other suppliers
- Baggage loss, damage, or delay
Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid directly to Rick Oelkers / Ramblin With Rick Services LLC for the service in question.
9. TRAVEL ADVISORIES AND RISK
Clients are responsible for reviewing current travel advisories issued by the U.S. Department of State and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for their intended destinations. Booking travel to destinations under travel advisories is at the client’s sole risk and discretion.
10. CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful and respectful manner throughout their travels. Rick Oelkers / Ramblin With Rick Services LLC not responsible for consequences resulting from a client’s failure to comply with laws, regulations, or reasonable instructions from travel service providers.
11. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS
Travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers. Each supplier’s own terms and conditions, which may include limitations of liability and cancellation policies, are incorporated by reference. We encourage clients to review supplier terms prior to booking.
12. PRIVACY POLICY
Rick Oelkers / Ramblin With Rick Services LLC collects personal information solely for the purpose of providing travel services. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to facilitate your travel bookings. We handle your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither Rick Oelkers / Ramblin With Rick Services LLC nor Cornerstone Collective shall be liable for any failure to perform obligations where such failure results from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, government restrictions, pandemics, natural disasters, or labor disputes.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or your travel arrangements shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Valdosta, Georgia in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions, together with any signed service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between client and Rick Oelkers / Ramblin With Rick Services LLC with respect to travel services.
17. AMENDMENTS
Rick Oelkers / Ramblin With Rick Services LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be provided at the time of booking.
